A lot of us men say we’re exhausted because we work too much.

Sometimes that’s true.

But often?

We are exhausted because we’re pouring too much energy into things that no longer matter.

Busy isn’t the same as productive.

And providing isn’t the same as building.

You can spend years being responsible…
without ever being intentional.

That’s the trap.

You’re handling everything.
You’re showing up.
You’re doing what’s expected.

But have you ever quietly asked yourself…

“Why does this still feel empty?”

Because effort without direction becomes resentment.

You don’t need to work harder.

You need to decide what deserves your best energy.

Not everything does.

Some things need commitment.
Some things need boundaries.
Some things need to end.

That’s maturity.

»Your Second Half Move
Write down where most of your energy goes each week. Then ask: does this actually deserve my life?

And that’s how the second half gets built with intention.
