{{first_name | Friend}}, I don’t have to tell you that consistency is the key to success.

If you are reading this email, chances are you’ve probably lived long enough to know that by now.

You’ve seen it play out in your career, your health, your relationships. The guys who show up, day after day, are the ones who build something that lasts.

But here’s a question many men over 40 typically don’t stop to ask themselves:

What are you being consistent with?

Think about it for a second. Consistency cuts both ways.

You can be consistent with the habits that built your first half…
…and still be holding onto them long after they’ve stopped serving you.

You know, those…

Routines that once made sense.
Patterns you never questioned.
Defaults you slipped into without noticing.

And over time, they just become “the way things are”.

But that’s ok. You probably went into hustle mode, provider mode, father mode – all on autopilot.

But this stage of life? It calls for a different level of awareness.

Not more effort. Not more grind.
Just better alignment.

So today, take five minutes and ask yourself:

  • Which habits am I repeating without thinking?

  • Which habits are actually moving me forward?

  • Which habits are quietly holding me back?

The first step is to recognize those habits that are no longer serving you.

You don’t need to overhaul your life.

Just be honest enough to let go of one thing that no longer fits,
and intentional enough to replace it with something that does.

»Your Second Half Move
Drop one habit that no longer serves you and replace it with a better one. Then take notice of the difference over time.

You’re not starting over.

You’re refining.

And that’s how the second half gets built—with intention.
